Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the bulldog catches for your RV cabinets. These are going to make sure that your cabinets stay securely closed so you're not having to worry about your doors flying open and slamming shut, making a lot of noise when you're on those bumpy roads and potentially allowing your contents of your cabinet to come flying out. So these are going to attach to your cabinet door and your cabinet frame so that when you close your cabinet, it's got a nice tight seal there, make sure that it's going to stay closed. And when you open your cabinet back up, it'll take a little bit of effort, but pulling that out will allow you to open it up.So making sure that everything is staying nice and tightly shut.
These will work on any style cabinet and they're going to be especially great for replacing the bulldog catches in your RV cabinets that you currently have if one happened to break or something. Or you could also add these on their own if you didn't already have the bulldog style, they will work for any style cabinet. They do include all the hardware that you need to get these installed. You can see that we've already got the holes cut for us so that we can just simply screw these in where we need them to hold that portion in place.Now, this does come with a limited lifetime warranty. So if you we're to have any problems, you could give JR Products a call and they could help you out with that, but I really don't think you're going to have any problems.
And I think these are going to do a good job for you. They do seem like this plastic isn't the most rugged material I've ever seen, but for what it's being used for, just holding that little knob in place, I think it'll do just fine. Includes catches, and screws.I installed one of these on my pantry door and I don’t think it will stay shut when traveling which is why I purchased them the door just barley stays shut now I was expecting better results
